Shah Rukh Khan makes his third trip to Vaishno Devi in a single year before Dunki’s premiere

With Dunki releasing on December 21, Shah Rukh Khan has returned to Vaishno Devi. He was accompanied on the pilgrimage by his manager and security.

For the new darshan, Shah Rukh Khan is back to Vaishno Devi. As this is the actor’s third visit this year, it appears that he has developed a pre-film routine of visiting Vaishno Devi. He has had success with it so far as well.

A news agency posted a video. Shah Rukh is seen on PTI strolling down the cobblestone route of the revered temple in Jammu accompanied by his retinue of bodyguards and managers. Wearing his black puffer jacket with the hoodie on, he decided to blend in as much as possible. Pooja Dadlani, his manager, was also spotted with him.

Before Pathaan, which marked his fourth-year comeback to the big screen, opened on December 12, last year, Shah Rukh paid a visit to Vaishno Devi. It went on to earn over ₹1000 crore globally. He returned in August before Jawan’s release. Being the largest hit of the year and one of the most profitable Hindi films ever made, the movie took in ₹1100 crore globally.

Rajkumar Hirani’s film Dunki, starring Shah Rukh, will be released soon. It appears that he wants to give the bank an additional ₹1000 crore. On December 21, Dunki will be released, and it will compete with Prabhas’ Salaar. Shah Rukh is not conducting any promotional interviews or visits for his film, as has been the custom this year.

Alongside Shah Rukh Khan, the ensemble cast of Dunki includes Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover, who all play vibrant personalities. Produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan, Dunki is a JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films production.

Writers Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon narrate the story of four companions who go off to explore new lands in Dunki. It outlines the difficult but transformative journey they are going to take to realise their aspirations. These vastly different stories are brought together in Dunki, a saga of love and friendship based on real-life occurrences.
