Even the pandemic or lockdown couldn’t stop Shabana Azmi from shooting for her projects. But recently due to lockdown and the second wave, the actress had to back off as the shoots came to a grinding halt.
In an interview with a leading portal, the actress was asked about her quarantine life with family at her farmhouse, named Sukoon. Shabana said, “At Sukoon we step out only into the garden. Otherwise we are completely indoors. The family is here with us, and that’s most comforting at a time like this. We do not leave the house. Grocery is brought to the house. We have created our own bubble over here in Sukoon, a lesson I learnt from my shootings abroad after the pandemic broke out.”
Shabana Azmi is currently monitoring the COVID-19 relief work at Mijwan, her ancestral home in Uttar Pradesh. She further added, “We have created our own bubble over here in Sukoon, a lesson I learnt from my shootings abroad after the pandemic broke out.”
