In an interview with Indian Express.com, writer-director Reema Kagti discusses the current progress on Jee Le Zara and Made in Heaven Season 2.
Fans have been waiting for an update on Jee Le Zara, a film starring Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif, since it was announced. Farhan Akhtar will helm the film, which is said to be about the lives of three women who go on a road trip. Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar wrote the script.
Farhan had uploaded photos of himself performing recee for the film a few weeks ago, implying that production will begin shortly. Reema was recently interviewed by Indianexpress.com as she advertised her forthcoming show Dahaad. When asked for an update on Jee Le Zara, the writer smiled and said, “We will begin shooting by the end of the year.” We are quite excited and look forward to it.”
When asked when season 2 of Made in Heaven will be released, Reema said, “Soon soon. Very soon. Actually sooner than you’d expect.”
While the star-studded project is the most anticipated film, the forthcoming season of her online series Made in Heaven is also eagerly anticipated.
