Sara Ali Khan gets brutally trolled on her post of “All Lives Matter”, actress deletes post

With many Indian celebrities coming forward for the justice of Floyd who was killed last week by US police a week ago, Sara Ali Khan also thought of sharing her thoughts on the topic, little knowing that it’ll backfire.

Yesterday, the actress shared a post on Twitter on “All Lives Matter”, and in the post, there were hands of various colours and what was unusual was the elephant trunk at the end of the image. She had posted the image while thinking of raising the voice for Black lives matter and Animal rights simultaneously.

Her post, however, was deleted when the post backfired and fans of her started trolling her. It happened majorly because people protesting justice for Floyd didn’t understand what she was trying to say and they started trolling her.

There came a time when Sara Ali Khan was trending on Twitter, and due to that, she had to delete her post.

People heavily trolled her and comments like, “An overused but accurate analogy “If I say my house is on fire and you say ‘All house matter,’ well that may be true, but all house aren’t on fire right now, my house is”

So it should have been “All lives won’t matter until black lives matter”  and “#SaraAliKhan , a history grad from Columbia, not only accessorising a black model in 1 of her shoots but also supporting all lives matter on a platform where she has a significant following is further proof that going to an ivy league doesn’t necessarily mean you’re smart” start flooding on her post.

The good thing that happened with Sara was that many people took her positively and came into support of her.

Here is the snapshot of the Instagram post:

One of the Twitter user said, “Can we just stop ourselves for few minutes and take some time for self-realisation…means everyone is seeing negative things in every positive thing .#SaraAliKhan said something without knowing the context people started judging her.
We need to stop this…”

While another user said that Sara did a mistake and she realized it, we shouldn’t troll her because of that. She wrote, “She made a post, realized what was wrong with it & deleted. She did the right thing. Not saying that the post she shared was right. But she realised how it could be perceived. Her intention was good. She just meant to say that everyone is equal and every life is imp! #SaraAliKhan”
