Sanjay Dutt’s had a daughter with his first wife, Richa Sharma named Trishala. Currently, she is a psychotherapist, she is quite active on social media where she regularly answers questions about mental health. In one of the recent Q&A sessions, she was given a marriage proposal by one of her followers. And to everyone’s surprise, she even accepted it. The question asked to Trishala was, “You never answer my question Ms Dutt. Will you marry me???”. To which Trishala replied, “I never answer it because it has nothing to do with mental health. And at this point with all the ghosting going on and conversations slowly fading out after first dates from the guys’ end – why not lol. Happy?”
It seems Trishala accepted the proposal out of frustration not because of love. The frustration and anger came from her experience of her previous relationship which gave her immense grief and sorrow. This follower seems to have asked the same question multiple times to Trishala and thus, she gave her reply. She was earlier in a relationship but it ended with her boyfriend’s demise in July 2019. Talking about it in an earlier conversation she spoke about meeting therapists to overcome sadness.
Her words were, “I’m still dealing with it, but I’ve gotten a lot of help for it (and still getting help for it). Since Covid, the support groups that I’ve joined have become virtual for now, I see my grief therapist virtually as well, I spend time with my friends and family (while still practising social distancing) and I’m doing a lot of souls searching”.
