Veteran actor Dilip Kumar was admitted to PD Hinduja’s non-Covid ward on the 6th of June for medical investigations and routine tests after experiencing episodes of breathlessness. A team led by Dr. Nitin Gokhale have been attending to the actor. His wife, Saira Banu has given a health update on the actor’s medical condition, stating that he is stable. In the latest update, she stated that the results of a sonography conducted on him are normal, and he is doing better.
Banu took to Twitter to give an update earlier today clarifying that he is on oxygen support and not on a ventilator. Kumar’s family friend Faisal Farooqui also tweeted and requested people to not believe in false information and news and look into Dilip Kumar’s Twitter handle to get verified updates.

Yesterday, Saira Banu shot down all rumours that were circulating on social media platforms and WhatsApp, and requested people not to believe in false information and rumours. She also urged fans to pray for his recovery.
