Ronit Roy celebrated his wedding anniversary by renewing his vows. He remarried his wife Neelam Bose Roy at a Goan temple to commemorate their 20th wedding anniversary. The actor posted videos and pictures to Instagram.
He posted a video of the two of them participating in shubho drishti, one of the wedding rites. One can hear people laughing in the background as a giddy Neelam tries to get a glimpse of Ronit’s face. Ronit looked good with a crimson dupatta and a white sherwani.
On the other hand, Neelam looked like a classic bride wearing a red lehenga. In the caption, Ronit wrote, “Mujhse shaadi karogi???” Phir Se? (Would you remarry me?) He commented, “Renewing our vows: Part 2,” once more, sharing an additional behind-the-scenes photo from the wedding.
Both can be seen holding hands during the pheras and asking their family elders for blessings in another video. After exchanging some cute poses for the camera, the two sealed the deal with a kiss. I will marry you a thousand times, Ronit said, “Doosri baar toh kya, hazaaron baar byaah tujhi Se karoonga!” My love, happy 20th anniversary.
In response to Ronit’s posts, Bhagyashree penned, “Awwwww God bless you both,” in the comment area. “Wow,” Aahana Kumra continued. In the meanwhile, a fan said, “Wow! Very adorable! Huge love to the two of you. Another fan said, “Happy anniversary dada & boudi khoob shundor lagcho (you guys are looking great).”
Ronit had shocked his admirers by announcing his nuptials ahead of time. He tricked them by showing them a photo of a flower-decked temple, giving the impression that he was getting married again. “We are in full swing with preparations at our temple,” Ronit wrote. Today is my wedding day. I might go live just to ask for your prayers and well wishes.
Before getting married, Ronit and Neelam dated for more than three years. Their son Agastya and daughter Aador were born after their 2003 marriage.
