RIP Ratan Tata: Bollywood stars including Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, and others mourn loss ‘legend’ and ‘patriot’

Ratan Tata, the chairman emeritus of Tata Group passed away on Wednesday after being hospitalized for undergoing treatment in intensive care unit under critical condition. His demise has not only saddened the business world, but also entertainment sector. The industrialist, who was known for his philanthropy, is being remembered by some of the notable personalities from Bollywood such as Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.

The Singham actor took to his X handle, formerly known as Twitter, to mourn the loss of visionary. “His contributions to India an beyond are immeasurable,” wrote Ajay.

“India has lost a true visionary today. He was a beacon of integrity and compassion whose contributions went beyond business,” wrote Sanju baba, adding that he work has impacted countless lives.

Actress Chitrangda Singh shared a quote by Ratan Tata, “Slow success builds character, fast success builds ego.” Along with the actress also wrote a few lines for the “patriot,” saying, “He wasn’t just an industrialist but a visionary an inspiration… whose contribution in building this country with sense of duty and grace is unforgettable.”

Actor Aftab Shivdasani marked his demise as an “end of an era.” He bid farewell to Ratan Tata, saying, “A legend. A visionary. An inspiration. RIP. Om Shanti.”
