Veteran actor, Sunil Shroff died on 14th September. He was recently seen in the famous film ‘Oh My God 2’ alongside Pankaj Tripathi and Akshay Kumar. His cause of death is still unknown. Sunil is also well-known for his role in “Shiddat.”
The Cine & TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA), a trade union that works after the rights and welfare of its members in the entertainment industry, went to X (previously Twitter) to announce Sunil Shroff’s death.

His ‘chautha’ ceremony will take place on September 17 at 5 pm in Mumbai.
Shroff was most recently featured in OMG 2, a film starring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam. The movie was released on August 11 and was a huge critical and commercial success.

Apart from that, he has also worked in a 2021 film titled ‘Kabaad – The Coin’ in a supporting role. Sunil has also worked in online series such as ‘Julie,’ ‘Jaghanya,’ and others. He also appeared in a number of commercials.
He plays a senior doctor in the action web series ‘Abhay,’ starring Kunal Khemu. Sunil also appeared in Arjun Rampal’s 2019 series ‘The Final Call’ as Mr Jindal.
