Randhir Kapoor transferred to ICU; further COVID-related testing to be done

Randhir Kapoor was admitted to the hospital after testing positive for COVID 19. He has been transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) for further COVID-related tests.

Randhir Kapoor, a veteran filmmaker, tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday evening. He was taken to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital right away. Along with him, five of his employees had tested positive. In the most current update, the actor has been transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for further COVID-related studies. The actor himself denied the story. Recently, the world has been gripped by the second wave of Coronavirus, and many celebrities, including Ranbir Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, have been infected.

The actor said, “I have been shifted to the Intensive Care Unit to do some further tests. The hospital is taking very good care of me”. He also thanked Tina Ambani and praised doctors’ efforts. It’s worth noting that the character had already received two doses of the vaccine. Previously, a media report stated that Kapoor did not have a big concern, such as shortness of breath, and therefore did not need an ICU or oxygen support. However, the actor was taken to the intensive care unit (ICU) this morning after he began shivering.

The veteran actor is best known for his roles in Kal Aaj Aur Kal, Jeet, Jawani Diwani, Lafange, and Raampur Ka Lakshman Haath Ki Safai. He married actress Babita and has two children, Karisma and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

It should be noted that Neetu and Ranbir both tested positive for COVID 19 but have since recovered. The Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actor and his girlfriend Alia Bhatt recently returned from the Maldives.
