Sajid Nadiadwala has been producing films from the early 1990s under the name Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment (NGE). He has produced films such as ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, ‘Heyy Babyy’, ‘Housefull’, ‘Anjaana Anjaani’, ’83’, ‘Heropanti’, and ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’. He also directed the film ‘Kick’ starring Salman Khan and wrote for films such as ‘Heropanti 2’, ‘Housefull 2’, ‘Housefull’, and the Marathi film ‘Lai Bhaari’.
One of the most popular actors in the country doesn’t need an introduction. He was most recently seen in Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s film ‘Lal Salaam’. ‘Lal Salaam’ is a sports drama in which superstar Rajinikanth portrays Moideen Bhai. The film, which features music by AR Rahman, also stars Vishnu Vishal, Vikranth, Nirosha Radha, and Senthil, among others. The film was released in theatres on February 9, 2024.
At the audio launch ceremony, Aishwarya explained that it was initially tough to fund this project because many producers did not come forward. She also stated that she had not considered asking her father to participate in the project.
