The businessman was allegedly arrested in a pornography case in July. Kundra, along with ten other persons, was detained on July 19 after being identified as a significant suspect in a pornographic case investigation. Kundra allegedly stated in his application that he was being made a “scapegoat” and that the additional charge sheet had no proof of his being actively involved in the preparation of allegedly dubious information. Kundra said that the prosecution has shown no proof linking the app ‘Hotshots,’ which was utilized in the alleged pornographic film racket, to a criminal offense.
