1-Aitraaz (2004)
Over 17 years ago, the scripts for women were limited but Priyanka chose the best ones out of her lot. In Aitraaz, PC played the antagonistic character, Sonia Roy. She falsely accused her employee played by Akshay Kumar of sexual harassment whereas she is the one who misuses her power. Chopra received widespread acclaim, and this movie showed her acting talent to all. Priyanka also won the Filmfare award for the Best Performance in a Negative Role.

2-Fashion (2008)
PC plays a small-town girl Meghna Mathur who sets out to become a glam doll in the big bad world of modelling. As and when she gets deeper in this world, she finds out how corrupt the industry is. She becomes victim to several negatives of the industry. This movie gave Priyanka Chopra her BIG BREAK in Bollywood. She jumped directly to be the #1 actress and was chased by every director and producer. Priyanka showed that she could make content-driven films great box- office collectors too.

3- 7 Khoon Maaf (2011)
The actress plays Susanna who is hungry for love and will go to the tip of everything and anything to get it. However, whenever she gets married to a man he died mysteriously. PC again played her negative role and nailed it like no one else could. Her duo with Vishal Bhardwaj came out to be a big hit. Priyanka again bagged many awards for performance. She gave such nuances to her character that everyone was in awe of her as Susanna.

4- Barfi (2012)
Chopra has never failed to showcase the bundle of talent that she has. This is believed to be Priyanka’s hardest character but finest performance. She plays a girl Jhilmill, who is autistic and her journey with Barfi played by Ranbir who has a hearing impaired. Priyanka barely has dialogues in the entire movie, but her expressions and eyes make you feel exactly what she wants us to.

5- Mary Kom (2014)
PC in and as Mary Kom was one of the finest and first sports biopic starring a female athlete. Priyanka plays a boxer and shows her journey in the sports world which is considered as a “man’s world.” After this movie became a super hit and made the cash registers ring loudly, sports biopics have become a long-lasting trend in Bollywood.
