Pratik Gandhi opens up about the two ‘life changing’ calls he got while shooting for Bhavai

“I precisely remember that two calls came during the shoot of this film that changed my life forever. One was Hansal Mehta’s call while we were shooting in Bhuj and another call that came from my home about my dad’s ill health and eventually in six months I lost him.” told Pratik.

Actor Pratik Gandhi got overnight fame with his role of Harshad Mehta in the SonyLIV series ‘Scam 1992’. Pratik is now set to make his big-screen debut with Bhavai. The Scam 1992 fame will be seen playing the role of the demon king, Raavan. However, the actor has called the shoot for his upcoming film ‘Bhavai’ filled with life-changing moments.

Pratik, during a conversation with IANS, told that “This film is very special to me because this film happened before ‘Scam 1992’ and while shooting for this film I got a call from Hansal Mehta saying ‘whenever you are back in Bombay, let’s meet up’ and that is how ‘Scam’ happened.”

He further revealed that while shooting for this movie he received two calls that spun his life entirely. “I precisely remember that two calls came during the shoot of this film that changed my life forever.
