People have started using the hashtag like “BoycottSadak2”
Sadak 2 marks the comeback of Mahesh Bhatt as director after over two decades. The film stars his daughters Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt along with Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur.
All these backlash comes after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The fans have made sure to not support nepotism in Bollywood. They have targeted all the star kids and even Karan Johar for only introducing them in his movies. Few celebrities have already turned off the comments in their posts to avoid trolling. Sonakshi Sinha deactivated her twitter as well.
On the other hand, Karan Johar unfollowed many actors after the controversy. He was upset that no one stood up for him during such times.
Even Sushant Singh Rajput’s brother-in-law created an app called “Nepometer.” The app tells the percentage of nepotism involved in a movie. Sadak 2 turned out to be 98% nepotistic on the app.
Sadak 2 will release on Disney+Hostar.
