Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are all set to tie the knot in Udaipur on the 24th of September. Their wedding preparations are buzzing all over the place and fans are gushing with excitement for any new updates regarding D-day. The main ceremony will be taking place at the Leela Palace. Other small functions from the groom’s side will be held in The Taj Lake Palace.
On Saturday, many of Parineeti’s family members arrived for the wedding at Udaipur. The actress’s parental uncle and aunt were also spotted at the airport and they happily posed for the paparazzi present over there. While talking to one of the correspondents, Parineeti’s aunt revealed that they are in the jewellery business. Therefore, they will be gifting the bride a special jewellery set as part of her wedding gift.
A choora ceremony was being done on Saturday morning, which was followed up by a welcome lunch for the guests. On the night of the 23rd, an inquisitive 90s theme party has also been arranged prior to the big day. Also, it has been known that Priyanka Chopra won’t be attending the wedding.
Parineeti and Raghav had known each other for several years. Their relationship has been talked about a lot since their initial public appearances. The couple got engaged in May this year, in the presence of their friends and family members.
The actress has shared her feelings for the Politician in one of her Instagram posts writing, “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew- I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful, and inspiring. His support, humour, wit, and friendship are pure joy. He is my home.”
