Raveena Tandon’s father, veteran filmmaker Ravi Tandon passed away on February 11 due to respiratory failure. He was suffering from lung fibrosis.
Today, February 17 is Raveena Tadon’s father’s first birth anniversary. Raveena took over social media to share pictures of her father’s birthday celebration from last year. She shared some heartwarming family pictures with late father.
Raveena Tandon captioned the post with, “Happy Birthday Papa. My life will never be the same again. You will always be the apple of my eye. Cheers! #throwback 17th Feb ‘21.”
In the happy pictures, the family is seen serving each other cakes and celebrating the birthday.
Earlier, Raveena Tandon took social media to announce his father’s demise. She wrote, “My father returned to his heavenly abode this morning. He was a pillar of strength for my family and me. As we go through this tough time, we are grateful for your condolences, warmth, and support. Om Shanti.”
Actor Raveena Tandon also penned down a heartfelt for her father. She posted the poem on Instagram. It ended with, “I live in the hearts of those who remember me, And to live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die.”
