The latest TV commercial for bridal clothing featuring actress Kiara Advani sparked rumours that she will wed her Shershaah co-star Sidharth Malhotra. The couple’s supporters anticipated that Kiara and Sidharth will get married in February. Sidharth, who is eagerly awaiting the premiere of his movie Mission Majnu, recently shot down wedding rumours. He stated that neither even he has received an invitation to his own wedding and that he has no idea what date it would be.
In a recent interview to promote Mission Majnu, Sidharth stated that he hasn’t received an invitation to his own wedding. He stated, “Kisi ne invite nahi kiya mujhe shaadi pe,” (Nobody has invited me to the wedding) in a statement to GoodTimes. “Nobody has invited me; public ne bhi nahi kiya. (Not even the public). Twice I’ve read the dates and all, I’ll also check for a moment. Am I getting married?”
He continued to say that he would prefer people talking about his movies over his personal life. “If they do not write about my personal life, I am genuinely fine, but if they do not write about my movies, that would be hurtful,” he said.
In the Amazon Prime Video film Shershaah, Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra shared the screen. The two actors have been dating but have not made their relationship known to the public. Despite numerous rumours regarding the location and guest list for their wedding, Kiara and Sidharth have chosen to remain silent. However, Sidharth has said that he will wed this year. “I’m getting married this year,” he announced in a radio interview with Radio Fever FM.
Sidharth, who celebrated his tenth year in the business last year with Student of The Year (2012), most recently appeared with Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh in Indra Kumar’s Thank God. Later this year, he will star in the action movie Yodha. Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna are featured in the Dharma Productions movie, which has been directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha.
