Mammootty, the megastar is nowadays on a signing ride as the Actor-producer has taken up some highly promising projects in his kitty. Nevertheless, As per the reports, the veteran actor is finally all set to associate with the celebrated filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery. However, Mammootty and Lijo Jose are joining hands for not one, but two forthcoming projects.
According to the latest report, the megastar is rolling as a producer once again for his second project with the Jallikattu director. The reports imply that Mammootty might not bankroll the film under his home banner Playhouse, but is aiming at launching a new production house very soon.
But before this project, Mammootty and Lijo Jose Pellissery are reportedly coming together for a Netflix anthology film. The film, which is an anthology based on Jnanpith winning writer MT Vasudevan Nair, will star the veteran actor as the leading man of one of its portions. The Mammootty featuring segment is being helmed by the Ee Ma Yau director.
However, on work front Mammootty completed the shooting of his highly anticipated forthcoming movie Bheeshma Parvam, a couple of weeks ago. The movie, which is expected to be a gangster thriller. Currently the actor is busy shooting for Puzhu, the upcoming social thriller directed by newcomer Ratheena Sharshad.
