Akshay Kumar, an actor who once was considered to be the perfect patriot, has lately been coming under a lot of heat. Like the actor, his latest movie is also turning out to be quite controversial. Few trolls have now taken to Twitter to term the movie as ‘Hinduphobic’ and accuse the actor of promoting ‘love jihad’.
Few people have taken offence to the fact that the actor, who will play a Muslim character named ‘Asif’, will be seen romancing a Hindu girl named ‘Priya’. They have raised objection to this and have started trending #ShameonUAkshayKumar on Twitter.
