Kriti Sanon’s Top 4 movies – Check out now

Kriti Sanon has had a successful career in recent years. Last year, she starred in Mimi, which became one of her career’s most groundbreaking performances. In 2022, the Bollywood actress received Filmfare and IIFA awards for her efforts.

1. Mimi

Mimi is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. A remake of the 2011 Marathi film Mala Aai Vhhaychy!, it stars Kriti Sanon in the eponymous lead who opts to be a surrogate mother for a foreign couple. Pankaj Tripathi, Sai Tamhankar, Manoj Pahwa, Supriya Pathak, Evelyn Edwards and Aidan Whytock appear in supporting roles.

Luka Chuppi is a 2019 Indian Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. The film stars Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon with Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, Vinay Pathak and Alka Amin playing supporting roles.[6] Set in Mathura, it is about a television reporter who cohabits with his headstrong intern and chaos ensues when their traditional families assume them to be married to each other.Luka Chuppi chose a topic that many people dread depicting on-screen: live-in relationships in India.This film addressed a wide spectrum of feelings and experiences linked with live-in relationships in India, from intimacy to discomfort.Kriti Sanon’s sincere performance and sizzling chemistry with Kartik Aaryan helped to make this one of her most memorable films.

 

3.Bareilly Ki Barfi

Bareilly Ki Barfi (transl. Bareilly’s Barfi) is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari based on Nicolas Barreau’s novel, The Ingredients of Love. It stars Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles, with Pankaj Tripathi and Seema Pahwa in supporting roles. It was theatrically released in India on 18 August 2017, coinciding with Independence Day Weekend, receiving widespread critical acclaim upon release, with major praise directed towards Rao’s performance. The premise is intriguing: a small-town girl defying societal expectations to establish a life for herself in her hometown of Bareilly.However, Kriti Sanon’s portrayal of UP child Bitti Mishra was honest and poignant. She spent a few days in Lucknow with 10-15 college girls before the shoot of Bareilly Ki Barfi began to learn their language and mannerisms.Her efforts clearly paid off.

4.Bachchhan Paandey 

Bachchhan Paandey is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, with Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Arshad Warsi, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles. Supporting actors include Pankaj Tripathi, Prateik Babbar, Sanjay Mishra, and Abhimanyu Singh. It is an official remake of the Tamil film Jigarthanda from 2014, which was inspired by the South Korean film A Dirty Carnival from 2006. The picture was released in theatres on March 18, 2022, but it was a tremendous commercial flop, bombing at the box office.Despite playing against a superstar like Akshay Kumar in a film that was all about him and his character, Kriti Sanon’s performance stood out.Most critics praised her over Akshay Kumar’s noisy and cringey criminal hero.
