Watch the stylish arrival of King Charles and Camilla on his Coronation Ceremony

At his historic coronation on May 6, when the 74-year-old monarch will be crowned the King of England, King Charles III and Queen Camilla made quite the appearance when they first appeared at Westminster Abbey.

The Diamond Jubilee State Coach, a six horse encased gold carriage with special significance to the royal family. It carried the would beKing and the Queen to their destination.



Britannia, originally known as the State Coach, was created to celebrate the 80th birthday of Late Queen Elizabeth II. The late monarch’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012, which commemorated the 60th anniversary of her accession, served as the occasion for its remembrance after construction was postponed.

The Diamond State Jubilee Coach ride from Clarence House to Westminster Abbey isn’t the only tribute to Late Queen Elizabeth that will take place on the big day. Prince Charles will also wear the same two crowns, one is St. Edward’s Crown and other is Imperial Crown hat his mother wore at her coronation in 1952.
In addition to His Majesty’s two sons, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton and their three children, and Prince Harry, who was not accompanied by his wife Meghan Markle. His siblings Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward were also seen.

Though Charles and Camilla weren’t the only ones there to arrive at the coronation in style other famous personalities like Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Dr. Jill Biden, and Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Trudeau were also present.
