Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif says not Salman Khan, her ticket to Bollywood happened due to her own merit

Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif will debut in a dance drama film ‘Time to Dance’ alongside Sooraj Pancholi.

Isabelle Kaif who made her debut in Bollywood with a dance drama film directed by Stanley Manini DiCosta, speaks about her experience, ambitions and advices from her sister, Katrina Kaif.

There have been several rumours on Salman Khan launching Isabelle, but the debutant made her way through before that could happen.

In the movie, Time To Dance, Isabelle plays a ballroom dancer team up with Rishabh, played by Sooraj Pancholi, street dancer for a dance competition.

On advice and support from her sister she says, “She (Katrina) has always been very supportive. It always helps when you know people. She has always said ‘stay focused, keep working hard and not get yourself distracted by anything or any person as one can’t please everyone,” said Isabelle.

“I had an idea about what I was going to get into. I had a desire to enter the industry but I had to finish my schooling, then I went to college and then got into acting,” she added.

Isabelle said she worked on a film set as a junior assistant director in the US. After finishing her studies from an acting school in America, she came to India to join films.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Lizelle D’Souza, wife of Remo D’Souza, the film released on March 12.
