The upcoming untitled film is a passion project for the filmmaker and he has been working on the script for over months. If the pre-production work gets done on time, shooting will begin subsequently.
The action film is going to be a big film, with a budget of Rs 150 crore. The actor has been doing romance comedy roles for the longest time. After his work in Chandu Champion, the actor is keen on exploring the action genre.
Currently, Kartik is busing shooting for the prequel of Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa. He is also in talks with Bhushan Kumar for the making of Pati Patni Aur Woh 2. The said film will be going on floors later in 2024. Kartik even announced a patriotic film, wherein he will be seen as an army officer.
