
Actress Kangana Ranaut is all set to play the role of a Sikh soldier in her upcoming film ‘Tejas.’ She will be playing the role of an Air Force pilot in this patriotic film.
On Saturday, the Queen actress took her official Twitter handle to share the name of her character in the film, i.e., ‘Tejas Gill.’ She wrote, “Playing a Sikh soldier in Tejas, I never knew until I read my character full name on my uniform today, had an instant smile on my face, our longings and love has a way of manifesting, universe speaks to us in more ways than we understand ❤️.”

The picture that Kangana Ranaut shared had a name badge of the Army’s dress and ‘Tejas Gill (B+)’ was written on it.
Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, Tejas is set to an event of 2016 when the Indian Air Force became the countries first Armed Force to induct women into combat roles. Actress Kangana Ranaut will be seen playing the role for the courageous journey of an Indian Air Force pilot Tejas Gill.
The film is expected to hit the theatres later this year. However, an official announcement by the makers is still awaited.
