Kangana Ranaut pulls back Civil suit filed against BMC, applies for regularisation of the structure

Reportedly, Kangana Ranaut has pulled back suits filed against BMC and has now applied for regularities of her building structure.

Actress Kangana Ranaut withdrew the civil suit she filed against the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). She has made this plea against the civil court that had dismissed her petition against the BMC in 2018. The actress counsel told a media source that Kangana is going to file for regularisation application before the BMC in connection with the structure.

The hearing for the same was conducted by a single judge bench of Justice Prithviraj K Chavan. Kangana has been permitted to withdraw the appeal and has told the civil body to not take any coercive action till the application of regularisation is considered. The Court has given her 4 weeks of time period to complete all the formalities with the civil court.
