Actor Samantha Akkineni has unveiled the first song from Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film ‘Thalaivi’. Titled ‘Chali Chali’, the song chronicles the life of former Tamil Nadu CM and actor Jayalalitha in the movie industry. The song has been sung by Saindhivi and penned by GV Prakash Kumar.
Kangana Ranaut, on her social media handle, thanked her for launching the song. She also called Samantha the epitome of women empowerment.
She wrote, “Thank you my dear @Samanthaprabhu2 for being so gracious… You are the epitome of woman empowerment, we need to empower each other and that’s real feminism. Thank you.”

Samantha had earlier praised the trailer of ‘Thalaivi’ on Twitter. “#ThalaiviTrailer is outstanding. @KanganaTeam You are the bravest, most daring and indisputably the most talented actress of our generation. #Vijay sir goosebumps stuff just goosebumps stuff.
