The 26 years old actress, who made her debut in Bollywood back in 2018 with Shashank Khaitan’s Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khattar, is known to be a fitness freak to maintain her physique as she is often snapped by paparazzi outside her gym after completing a good workout session.
As per her Social media, it is not wrong to say that the Mili fame enjoys the fusion of some Cardio and HIIT exercises coupled with strength training and definitely Pilates as is also called as the ‘Pilates Girl’. Namrata Purohit, Jahnvi’s personal trainer revealed in an Interview with Vogue that even on holidays, Jahnvi makes sure to stay active and move her body constantly, although she does not follow a set workout routine. Namrata said, “The plan depends on circumstances and accessibility to equipment or props. also, no two workouts are the same and the nature of the routine keeps on changing.”
Proving her love for Pilates On Tuesday, Jahnvi took over her Instagram and shared a video of herself doing a Pilates workout session with her 21.5 million followers. She captioned the videos as, ‘Love a good pilates sesh’. She is seen wearing an orange-coloured gym outfit and her hair up in a bun, as she follows the instructions given by her trainer carefully.
