Former Contestant of Bigg Boss 13, Himanshi Khurana has finally been discharged from hospital after recovering completely from COVID-19. She was under home quarantine before being admitted to the hospital on 29th September, as her oxygen level dropped drastically and her fever reached 105 degrees. She was admitted to a hospital in Ludhiana, Punjab. Yesterday, Himanshi’s team spoke about her health and revealed that she has recovered from the virus and has been discharged after testing negative.
Himanshi Khurana contracted the virus after she joined the protest of farmers against the Farmers Bill 2020. She gave the update about her health through a post on her official Instagram. She wrote a caption which read, “I want to inform you all that I have tested positive for COVID-19 even after taking proper precautions. As you all know that I was the part of the protest day before yesterday and the area was crowded so I thought to get the test done before I go for my shoot today evening.” She further added, “I just wanted to inform people who came in my contact to get your test done and please take proper precaution in the protest. It’s my request to all the people protesting to not forget that we are going through pandemic so please take proper care.”

The former Bigg Boss participant was recently diagnosed with PCOS which has been getting worse. According to the media reports, her PCOS has been becoming worse due to the increase in the swelling thus increasing the bleeding as well. Due to this, she is unable to walk most of the times. Once, she had a flight and not being able to even walk, the authorities took her inside the flight with the help of a wheelchair. She will be soon undergoing surgery as her condition is getting worse.
