Do we even need an introduction for Shah Rukh Khan? Ah! We surely don’t need an introduction for the king Bollywood, who has done 80+ films with 14 filmfare awards on his name. SRK’s fans often gather near his enormous sea-facing mansion named ‘Mannat’ in Bandra, Mumbai to catch a glimpse of the actor.
Do you know how this mansion actually looks from inside and what would be the cost of this royal house? Well, if you don’t then be ready for a getting astonished and amazed. In a conversation with Radio Mirchi, SRK revealed that his big fat house ‘Mannat’ costs Rs.200 Cr and even if he broke any day, he will sell everything but not Mannat. It seems that SRK can do anything for his precious mansion.
King Khan had his heart set on ‘Villa Vienna’, the original name of Mannat, 1997 and he finally purchased ‘Villa Vienna’ from the ‘Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust’ in 2001 and renamed it ‘Mannat’ in 2005. This big fat villa has become a tourist attraction. People from all around the globe come to see this ultra-royal house and SRK waving hand for his fans from the balcony on the occasion of Eid and his birthday.
Shah Rukh Khan lives with his family including his wife, Gauri Khan, beloved children Aryan, AbRam, Suhana and his sister Shehnaz in Mannat.
Mannat is no less than a palace. It has big white pillars supporting the house and it is a pastiche of the old and the new and that is its charm. The house is protected by gigantic walls and fencing on it. This house is designed under the guidance of Gauri Khan and architect-designer Kaif Faquih. The house has six stories, multiple bedrooms, living areas, a gymnasium, pool, library, and a personal auditorium making it the most expensive residence in Mumbai and among the top 10 houses of the world. Isn’t that amazing?
