Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, known for his extraordinary energy, has proven himself as one of the most versatile actors in the Hindi entertainment industry in the past decade. Whether it’s Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy or Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and Padmavat, Ranveer Singh can shape himself as any character according to the demand of the movie.
The 37-year-old actor who was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Circus, is all set to make his comeback with Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky aur Rani kii Prem Kahaan’ alongside Alia Bhatt this July 28. However, Ranveer Singh is highly in demand by directors as he has already been confirmed for some of the big projects for the upcoming years.
According to some sources, Ranveer Singh is confirmed to lead the forthcoming movies including Baiju Bawra and Don 3, replacing Shah Rukh Khan.
A source talked about the reunion of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ranveer Singh for ‘Baiju Bawra’. The source stated, “Ranveer has been in discussion with Sanjay Leela Bhansali over the longest time and after all the ups and down through the journey, the duo is reuniting on Baiju Bawra. The finances were an issue but Ranveer has always been an actor to chase the craft and script over monies and hence has decided to get into a deal that benefits Bhansali to put in all the monies in making the film. Baiju Bawra is expected to take off in early 2024,”.
As per the source it is also claimed that Alia Bhatt is in talks to play Ranveer Singh’s leading lady in the movie. This is will the second time for Alia Bhatt to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after the blockbuster ‘Gangubai’.
