    Govinda snapped limping while voting after a month of accidentally shooting himself in the leg

    After a month of accidentally shooting himself in the leg, Govinda got out of his house to vote during Maharashtra Assembly Elections. Pictures and video clips showing the actor taking pictures with the paparazzi after exercising his democratic right have flooded the social media platform. This is especially so looking at one of the clips where the Hero No 1 actor is seen informing the photographers of an improvement in his health.

    Besides Govinda, there were quite a few other celebrities who obligingly cast their votes; perhaps, exercising their duty too. Arjun Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, Shraddha Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Hema Malini, Esha Deol, Sunil Shetty were among the others who were seen casting votes. Post casting his vote, Kartik came out of the voting booth and immediately a lots of fans and reporters surrounded him. Even police officials posted at the polling booth had to plead for crowd control so that the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor could get into his vehicle.

    For the unversed, in October Govinda was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after his licensed revolver which he used as a prop in a film reportedly jammed and he shot himself on the knee. Reported by the Mumbai Police, the licensed weapon’s trigger was accidentally pulled as he placed the gun inside the cupboard. The actor had a surgery, the bullet was retrieved.
