FIR has been lodged against the Bigg Boss winner Gauahar khan for violating COVID-19 quarantine rules after testing positive for the virus. She then responded to the claims, taking to her Instagram stories, Gauahar made a post and wrote, “Truth Shall Prevail.”
A BMC official revealed that Gauahar Khan will have to stay in institutional quarantine till March 24. The official mentioned that the actress will have to undergo a test only then, if she tests negative, she will be allowed to leave. The official said, “On the 13th or 14th day, she will be made to undergo a RT-PCR test and only if that is negative, she can walk out free.”
The BMC official in the report said that Gauahar Khan should have not left her house if and when she got her negative report on March 12. The official explained how it is strongly recommended that the person infected with the virus needs to isolate himself/ herself for the next 14 days from the day he/she tests positive.
The official said, “So what if she has a report dated March 12 that says ‘negative’? It is strongly recommended that the infected person needs to isolate himself for the next 14 days from the day he/she tests positive. Therefore, if Gauahar’s report was first positive on March 11, she should have shut herself up separately till March 24. But she didn’t do that, and that’s where her offence lies.”
However, the case is not closed yet for Gauahar Khan and the police is still investigating the matter.
