Dia Mirza and husband Vaibhav Rekhi are expecting their first child together! She announced on Thursday that she was pregnant on her social media handle. She posted a picture of her cradling her baby bump.
She captioned it with a beautiful verse, “Blessed to be… One with Mother Earth…One with the Life Force that is the beginning of everything… Of all stories. Lullabies. Songs. Of new saplings. And the blossoming of hope. Blessed to cradle this purest of all dreams in my womb.”
The couple recently tied the knot and later flew to the Maldives to enjoy some time together. Vaibhav already has a child from his first marriage. Her decision to have a female priest solemnise their marriage was very impressive.
Dia was married to producer Sahil Sangha before ending it in 2019. Vaibhav’s first wife Sunaina Rekhi welcomed Dia to the family.
