Parineeti Chopra
On 24 Septemer, 2023 this year, Parineeti Chopra tied the knot with Raghav Chadha.
Parineeti Chopra opted for a modern bridal look for her wedding designed by bollywood’s favourite designer Manish Malhotra, choosing a richly adorned lehenga. She wore a dual-dupatta combination that was complimented by contrasting diamond and emerald jewels. The choli had delicate pearl elaboration around the sleeve edges, and one of her dupattas had the same along the border.
Mrinalini Chandra, the designer who created personalised ‘kaleeras’ for both Parineeti and Priyanka Chopra, explained how the dangling ornaments from her own studio were a tribute to Parineeti and Raghav’s love story. These included symbolic elements like a London phone booth (a nod to where they first met), their initials, religious symbols such as ‘Ek Onkar,’ ‘Waheguruji,’ and ‘Om’ (reflecting their spiritual beliefs), and musical instruments to signify their shared passion for music.
In addition, the unforgettable breakfast that marked the beginning of their life journey together was memorialised in Parineeti’s kaleeras, which featured charms depicting coffee, croissants, strawberry muffins, pancakes, and eggs—the delectable delicacies they savoured on that memorable breakfast date.
She ditched the customary bun hairstyle in favour of a sleek and straight look. Her makeup was kept simple, with a dewy base, light eye shadow, and bare lips. Her lengthy veil was the centre of attention, with Raghav’s name embroidered in Hindi.
Our Observation
Deepika Padukone wore beautiful and traditional wedding gowns that reflected the cultural depth of her Konkani and Sindhi roots. Her bridal gowns were a blend of elegance and tradition.
Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, and Parineeti Chopra all looked lovely in their wedding gowns, but it ultimately comes down to personal opinion.
Deepika Padukone radiated beauty and grace in traditional red and gold ensembles that embraced her ethnic background. Her elaborate jewellery and traditional accessories added to her overall bridal radiance.
Priyanka Chopra, on the other hand, wore a brilliant red lehenga for the Hindu wedding and an elegant Ralph Lauren gown for the Christian ceremony, combining traditional and contemporary designs. Her ensembles were a mix of luxury and modernity.
It’s worth noting that Manish Malhotra, the renowned designer, precisely designed Parineeti Chopra’s wedding attire.
All three lovely brides made distinct and lovely decisions that complemented their personalities and the character of their wedding ceremonies. The “better” look is subjective and is determined by personal taste and style preferences.
But all said and done, we think it was Deepika Padukone who looked the prettiest of all the brides. Do you think alike? If not, let us know whose wedding dress you loved more and for more such stories keep a close tab on BusinessUpturn.com
