On 5th January, actor Deepika Padukone turned 35. She celebrated her birthday with husband Ranveer Singh and some of her close friends from Bollywood including Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar. Ananya Panday, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhanth Chaturvedi also made an appearance in the bash.
Deepika and Ranveer played courteous hosts and even cut the cake with the paparazzi, who were waiting outside. In one picture, Deepika is seen cutting a cake while another showed her feeding a piece of the cake to one of the photographers. The star couple was dressed in black outfits. Deepika wore leather pants and a large black sweater, while Ranveer kept things humble with a pair of blue jeans, a white shirt and a black sweater with a cap to complete his look.
The social media flooded with pictures of the stars arriving at the venue. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor walked in with her sister Shaheen giving them company. Alia was stylishly dressed in a pair of black jeans with a tiny top, while Ranbir was seen in a pair of black jeans paired with a simple white shirt.
Karan Johar walked in with the actor Ananya Panday who was dressed in an off-shoulder jumpsuit. Her co-star from Khaali Peeli, Ishaan Khatter was also made an appearance.
“Brahmastra” director Ayan Mukerji and Deepika’s co-star in the Shakun Batra film, Siddhant Chaturvedi was also spotted at the venue.
On the occasion of Deepika’s 35th Birthday, Ranveer had shared a cute childhood picture of the actor and had written: “My jaan, my life, my gudiya Happy birthday!!! @deepikapadukone.” He also shared a picture from the party and wrote: “Biwi No.1 @deepikapadukone #happybirthday”
