Indian comedian Kapil Sharma, Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi and TV actress Hina Khan were summoned today by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in relation to the Mahadev app investigation.
This comes in a day after the summoning of bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor in the same case and for allegations regarding receiving a hefty amount in cash for promoting the app. However, this afternoon, Ranbir Kapoor has requested a two-week extension to prepare for the interrogation.
Sources in ED tell us that a dozen more stars and celebrities will be dragged under the same case, especially the ones who attended the big fat Rs 260 crore wedding of one of the founders of the Mahadev betting app.
