Bollywood Actress Tara Sutaria tests positive for COVID-19

Tara Sutaria recently wrapped up the shoot ‘Tadap’ alongside debutante Ahan Shetty, and the film is directed by Milan Luthria.


Tara Sutaria is the latest addition from Bollywood who has unfortunately secured COVID-19. While there has been no confirmation, Filmfare reported that the actress had indeed contracted the virus while she was on shoot for her upcoming film.

Recently during this past week saw many other Bollywood celebrities getting tested positive for COVID-19. Some of them have recovered and some are still under self quarantine. Ranbir Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had tested positive for the virus. 

Ranbir Kapoor’s mother Neetu Kapoor gave some updates about her son’s health. She said, “Ranbir has been tested positive, there’s nothing to worry. He rested himself and will recover pretty quickly.”

Following which actress Alia Bhatt quarantined herself as she was closely working with the director on Gangubai Kathiawadi, and as she spent with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Brahmastra. However, she soon tested negative.

Meanwhile Tara Sutaria recently wrapped up the shoot of ‘Tadap’ with Ahan Shetty. The Milan Luthria directorial is scheduled to hit the screens on September 24. The actress will also be seen pairing up with Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham for the sequel of ‘Ek Villain’ followed by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment bannered ‘Heropanti 3’ along with Tiger Shroff.
