Bobby Deol made his splendid appearance in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. The movie is garnering immense love from the audience worldwide and the audience is completely in awe of it. Bobby played the role of antagonist in the film and was highly liked by everyone. His appearance for the 30 minutes on screen was the most loved and fans couldn’t get over it.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Bobby revealed that he couldn’t watch the entire movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, which featured his father Dharmendra in a key role.
Bobby said, “Wo character agar koi aur karta toh maza hi nahi ata. Papa made it magical. Actually, when I was watching the film, mereko kahaani nahi malum thi, my dad’s character dies in it, couldn’t see the film. I was at Karan Johar’s trial and I couldn’t stop crying because my father somehow, I just couldn’t handle it and I left and won’t see the ending of the film,” as reported by HT.
The actor further added that that’s how he and his family are, they all love each other. “We are very connected family.” Although he was aware that it was just an act, still he couldn’t watch it. Even his mom couldn’t handle his death scene in Animal.
Dharmendra Deol played the role of Kanwal, who is suffering from amnesiac. His character dies in the second half of the film after he recognizes his son (Aamir Bashir). The film was directed by Karan Johar and starred Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in lead roles. It was released on the 28th of July this year and minted a gross profit of Rs 355 crore globally.
