The Haryanvi dancer Sapna Choudhary, who rose to become one of the sensational celebrities from the most controversial show Bigg Boss on television has now achieved yet another milestone by becoming the first-ever regional star to highlight a prestigious global event. She made her debut this year at Cannes Film Festival and what caught the most attention was the way she greeted the paparazzi by folding both her hands and gesturing as namaste.
Photos have been going viral from the event and Sapna looked stunning in her ravishing dress. She had worn the outfit by an Indian designer and collaborated with Air France for the occasion by also becoming the first star from India to work with the corporation. The artist appeared in a light pink flowered attire and donned matching earrings and completed her look by putting on a sleek styled bun.
Sapna even took to Instagram and shared her photos from the event and wrote a heartfelt message. She captioned the post by writing, “Debut at Cannes’2023✨ Dreams really do come true. It’s been a long journey full of sweat, sacrifice, and determination, but it’s all worth it. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. ♥️.”
In an interview, she shared her experience of walking on the red carpet and stated that, “Cannes is not just a dream, but a lifetime dream for any actress/actor, and I am thankful to God that today I could conquered this besides the facts of not even knowing English or any international languages, I am a proud Indian standing here at Cannes for my country and my State Haryana,” as quoted by India Today.
