Shah Rukh Khan had a bang this year with two consecutive hits. The actor is riding high on success with his blockbuster films such as Pathaan and Jawan. He is now awaiting his third biggest film of the year Dunki.
The star recently conducted a #AskSRK session on X, interacting with his fans. Khan shared what inspired him to sign the comedy-drama movie. He even stated the weak point in his life, talking about his personal life.
The actor is currently gearing up for his upcoming film Dunki. Ahead of its release, the makers released a new song Nikle ‘The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se’ which was highly appreciated by the fans.
During the Ask SRK session, a fan asked Shah Rukh referring to the song, “You made us so emotional with this song. What’s your emotional weak point? #AskSRK” To this the actor replied by saying, “My family I guess….isn’t that that for everyone. #Dunki.”
Another interesting question caught SRK’s eyes when he was asked what inspired him to do the film. The fan asked how much he knew about the film before signing it. The question read, “How much did you know about this #Dunki thing before doing this film and what fascinated you most about this project #AskSRK.”
The Jawan star replied to it by stating, “Actually hardly anything. Raju and Abhijaat brought it to my knowledge. It’s fascinating….dangerous and quite an overwhelming experience to have learnt about it and portray parts of it. #Dunki”
Dunki is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani in key roles. The film revolves around a group of friends who embark on a mission away from their homeland. It showcases the true value of friendship and connection. The film is slated to release in December.
