Bigg Boss 13 fame Arti Singh has once again opened up about a deeply traumatic incident from her childhood during a raw and emotional interview with Hauterrfly on April 2, 2026. Recalling a terrifying afternoon when she was just 13 years old, Arti detailed her narrow escape from a house help who attempted to assault her while she was alone at home.

The actress, who recently celebrated her wedding to businessman Dipak Chauhan, explained that she decided to revisit the story not for sympathy, but to highlight the inner strength that helped her survive.

In the interview, Arti recounted how she was sleeping when the servant entered her room. “Humari jhadap hui and maine usko haanth jod ke bola tu toh bhai hai na,” she shared, describing the struggle. Finding herself locked in and trapped as her mother was away at a farm, she took a desperate, life-saving leap.

“I jumped from the second floor,” she revealed, adding that her sheer survival instinct ensured she wasn’t physically injured by the fall. Arti first shared this story in 2020 during a Bigg Boss 13 task in the presence of Deepika Padukone, but she admitted that the panic attacks and trauma from that day stayed with her for years. By speaking out now, Arti hopes to encourage other survivors to find their voice and heal from their past.
