Apple TV+ is adapting Gregory David Roberts’ best-selling novel ‘Shantaram’ into a series of the same name. The series stars Charlie Hunnam in the lead, with Radhika Apte playing a pivotal character. Now, according to a report of Bollywood Hungama, megastar Amitabh Bachchan is set to join the team.

According to the report, the series was set to be shot in Bombay but got delayed due to the pandemic. Charlie Hunnam was seen shooting in the city last year before the shoot had to be paused.
