Amitabh Bachchan reacts to SRH owner Kavya Maran’s emotional moment after IPL loss; Here’s what he has to say

Amitabh Bachchan said it was “touching” to see Kavya Maran break down following SRH’s heartbreaking loss.

After Sunrisers Hyderabad owner Kavya Maran’s club suffered a heartbreaking defeat in Sunday’s Indian Premier League final in Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium, megastar Amitabh Bachchan wrote an emotional letter to her.

Kolkata Knight Riders, led by Shah Rukh Khan, defeated SRH in the championship game with a dominant all-around performance, and were awarded the title.

Amitabh Bachchan responded to their win on his own blog on Monday, writing, “The IPL Final is over and KKR have WON a most convincing victory .. SRH were simply outplayed .. disappointing in many ways because SRH is a good team and one has seen their very grand performances over the days when they played other matches.”

He also said he felt bad for Kavya. “But what was most touching to observe was the pretty young lady, .. the owner of SRH, in the stadium, get emotional after the loss and break into tears, turning her face away from the cameras, so as not to display her emotion .. I felt bad for her !! Never mind .. tomorrow is another day .. my dear,” Big B wrote.

He concluded by mentioning, “To all that fail .. do not give up .. for .. tomorrow is another day.”

After the game, Kavya started crying. She was shown looking very upset in a video that went viral on social media because of the Orange Army’s subpar performance.

Following the game, Shah Rukh was spotted rejoicing with the KKR squad and his loved ones. The actor can be seen kissing Gauri Khan on the forehead and giving her a hug in a number of pictures and videos that have gone viral. The actor gave his son Abram Khan and daughter Suhana Khan hugs as well.

In the meantime, Big B is working hard to get his highly awaited movie Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, and Kamal Haasan, ready for release.
