Akshay Kumar becomes the only Indian actor to get featured on Forbes 2020, Here are the top-5 earning celebrities of the world

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is featured in the Forbes 2020 list of World’s 100 Highest Paid Celebrities with getting the rank the same as his age-52.

The list is topped by Kylie Jenner and Kanye West and Akshay Kumar is the only Indian to get featured on the list.

Akshay’s earning is said to be dropped by a huge per cent and the impact can be seen on his rank compared to last year. He got hold of 33rd rank last year, with $65 million as earnings. This year, however, the actor earned $48 million due to which he had to get satisfied from the 52nd rank only.

The magazine mentioned his upcoming works on OTT platforms and wrote, “A bankable movie star, he commands up to $13 million upfront for films like the upcoming Bachan Pandey and Bell Bottom.”

According to Forbs, Akshay is “Bollywood’s top-earning star” and also “one of India’s most philanthropic celebrities, as he donated $4.5 million to coronavirus relief in the country.”

As per Forbes, Kylie Jenner earned $590 million in the last 12 months, mostly from the sale of a 51% stake in her Kylie Cosmetics line to Coty in 2019.

The tennis champion Roger Federer took the third place with $106 million at hand. Which mainly came from endorsement deals with the likes of Japanese clothing company Uniqlo and watchmaker Rolex.

The fourth and fifth spot were also filled by sports players, Cristiano Ronaldo with $105 million and Lionel Messi with $104 million.
