Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is one of the most popular shows. The chemistry between Anurag Basu and Prerna Sharma has been loved by everyone. The lead actors Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan have become a much-loved duo because of their chemistry.
According to reports by India TV, Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan have decided to quit the show. Parth has already given the notice period to Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms and will shoot till 10th or 11th September. The sources claim that Parth is upset that his character is being side-lined after the entry of Mr Bajaj, played by Karan Patel. The plot has started shifting to the story of Mr Bajaj and Prerna.
Moreover, Parth is not ready to play the role of a 10-year-old’s father.
The portal also reported Erica’s exit from the show. This decision was taken for her and her family member’s safety. Earlier, Erica had told the media that her mother has tuberculosis and her father had four heart attacks in the past, so she does not want to risk anything while shooting during the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Moreover, she has reportedly found a bigger show.
Excluding Parth and Erica, Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee and Aamna Sharif play an important role in moving the serial ahead. Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 started with Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes, Hina Khan and Karan Singh Grover, where the latter two got replaced by Aamna Sharif and Karan Patel respectively. Now, fans cannot wait to see who will take Erica and Parth’s place.
