1) Rana Daggubati and Mihika Bajaj:- Bhallaldev of the famous epic saga Bahubali, got married to his girlfriend Mihika Bajaj on August 8. He got engaged with her in May, that was too during lockdown. The marriage ceremony was held maintaining government noms. Only 30 guests were present. Others attended the marriage virtually.
2) Prachi Tehlan and Rohit Saroha:- Actress and former Indian Netball Team captain Prachi Tehlan married Delhi based businessman Rohit Saroha on August 7. She is best known for her performance in Diya aur baati hum and Ikyawann. Prachi was the brand ambassador of Netball Development Trust India during 2011-17. The couple had an intimate wedding in New Delhi.
3) Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma:- Actress Puja Banerjee and her boyfriend Kunal Verma got engaged in 2017 and planned to have a huge wedding ceremony in April 2020. But due to this Coronavirus pandemic, the couple decided to call of the celebration and opted for registry marriage. They donated the money kept aside for wedding celebration for charity. They have been in relationship since 2008.
4) Sujeeth Reddy and Pravallika:- The 29 years old Saaho director married his dentist girlfriend on August 2 in a resort in Hyderabad with only their family members present.
5) Manish Raisingham and Sangeeta Chauhan:- Sasural Simar Ka famed actor Manish and Sabhiman famed actress Sangeeta got married in presence of only 5 people on June 30. Even their parents were not present at the wedding physically as they are old and are at higher risk of Covid-19. It is Sangeeta’s second marriage.
