Sushant Singh Rajput‘s former manager Shruti Modi has also been probed by the CBI in connection with the late actor’s case. With the CBI taking over the investigation for the case in August, lots of disclosures have been acknowledged over the last few weeks.
One such revelation that brought a new angle to the entire case was the possibilities of drug conspiracy. Not only CBI, but the ED and NCB have also been analysing the matter. Meanwhile numerous people linked to the case have who have been cross-examined by the agencies, Shruti Modi, Sushant’s ex-manager, is one of them.
The CBI has interrogated Shruti, to which she has made shocking confession. According to media sources, she confessed that drugs were a part of Sushant Singh Rajput’s culture. She has also told the CBI about being just a felicitator in the connections. She has also stated that she was never a part of the narcotics and that it was Rhea Chakraborty and the other staff members who had compelled her to be a part of the same.
The CBI has ostensibly also questioned the former manager about a particular incident that was shared by Sushant’s CA Rajat Mewati with the agency which dates back to March 2020, when the late actor had asked Shruti Modi for his bank statements, especially the expenses that were made on Rhea Chakraborty. Although, instead of doing what was asked for, Modi had secretly called the actress and asked her to come home immediately post which the matter was settled.
