Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut, who commented on Sushant Singh Rajput’s relations with his father KK Singh, has now received a legal notice by the late actor’s cousin Neeraj Kumar Bablu. Sanjay Raut wrote in his weekly column ‘Rokhthok’ in the Shiv Sena’s mouthpiece ‘Saamana’, that Sushant didn’t have good relations with his father and did not accept his second marriage. He also wrote about Sushant’s case and the power tussle that is going on between the Maharashtra and Bihar government.

Now, as per latest reports, Sushant’s cousin Neeraj Kumar Bablu has asked Raut to apologise publicly for his baseless remarks in the next 48 hours or else he’ll have to face legal consequences. Neeraj has also sent a legal notice to Raut for the same.

Sanjay Raut penned in his weekly column, “His father’s second marriage was not acceptable to him (Rajput). Let the facts come out how many times Rajput visited his family in Patna. Why did (Rajput’s former girlfriend) Ankita Lokhande split from Rajput and this should be part of the probe. It is wrong to see the unfortunate suicide from a political angle”.

According to Times Now, Sushant’s family will file an FIR in Patna if Sanjay Raut fails to apologize in the next 48 hours. Meanwhile, an ED probe is being performed in the late actor’s death case. Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Shruti Modi, Siddharth Pithani and Sushant’s sister Meetu Singh have been questioned by the ED so far.
