Jiya Khan’s mother Rubiya Khan raised few questions on the AIIMS report on the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

The AIIMS panel report submitted it’s findings in SSR‘s case. The report cut out the theory of murder and said it’s a suicide. Dr. Sudhir Gupta confirmed the same. Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has assigned the medical reports to re-analyze in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

Talking to a news portal Rubiya Khan said that the head of the forensic team, Dr. Sudhir Gupta has not seen any evidence. She questioned Dr. Sudhir Gupta the basis on which the doctor concluded his report. She also mentioned that according to her, he should have raised questions in front of the Mumbai police and should not have given the report by then. SSR’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti and lawyer Ishkaran Bhandari have called CBI investigation on the head of the forensic team, Dr. Sudhir Gupta. CBI has confirmed that the probe continues and they are looking into all angles in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
